Sorry, lemme think about this a little bit.

Lease of physical servers:

1. I have a server farm and lease each out - depending on specs rqd by client? Naah, that would be expensive.

2. I have a server already running and I co-host a client (VPS)

Yes, VPS is the answer. Which begs the question - what really is the cloud?
