What are they going to do, create one huge captive portal and redirect all WiFi traffic to it? Or force everyone running an access point to implement one? OK, so what if the bad guy's not using wifi? Let's say he's on 3G or LTE. Heck, he could even be on dialup to escape attention. This only sounds like another hot-air, not well thought out proclamation that well, serves to let us know someone reported to work on a particular day. I'm just going to grab the popcorn and watch this one. Hopefully it's going to be a very short one. (PS: does dialup still exist in +254?
