Safaricom is sooo mean!

Though Positively look at it this way:::

They lock you inside(their network) psychologically, tell me who is will give you some credit on loan.

Also the cross network calls are chargeable and hence they dont want rbooks to read negative on both sides ( customer and for example zain)

Its beats the logic controlling who i call, In case of a bank  loan, who cares whether go on a holiday or wateva! i just have to ensure i repay..

That is just a gimmick to make guys spend more money on the network.
