Here is the simple story of what is happening here...very common story in TZ
A young ambitious guy (who learned dreamweaver while doing his certificate in computer applications) comes up with this mobile payment idea and has no idea on how to do it. He goes to his rich relative who is 52 with lots of money and nothing to do with it. Tells his idea and being the most learned fella in the computer world within the family, they know he can do everything. The boy is given $50k for the project and is promised support by his uncle in politics with all connections. Now the money is finished and when he says he has it done (In dreamweaver or frontpage), to cover the 50k and trying to get more is not successful because he says its for licensing and all, his politician relative tries to get favors at BOT (Central bank in TZ) and they start publicizing it.
The moment BOT agrees, the boy will go "mitini" as they say it here. Oh, and we shall see the end of an ambitious career.
Am not hating, just first hand info.
