Does anybody have any information they can share on what is going on at Zuku?

For the whole of Monday and Tuesday (today) the speeds have been terrible.

It looks like at some point their phone lines were also affected as yesterday afternoon their customer service phone lines were unreachable.

Every time I call I get a different response from the customer service team. The first time I called they said it was problem with the base  station,  then router integration, now they say that everything should be work as normal but it is clear that sometime is still wrong.

Share any information you may have please!
