huh? being high on substance doesn't necessarily make you dump. an idiot is an idiot high or not, infact it worsens the idiotismness. for the creative minds, try thinking on a technical problem when you are high on weed or LSD or alcohol. you are likely to get the missing link or an entirely different perspective. the mind gets to a free state somehow and this is a known medical fact. its also known that you are most creative when getting out of a deep depression .... sad now? Windows 8 is currently on RP. What I meant is, the move from CP to RP should have been an Upgrade, not a Reinstall.
