@ Mouz; Even with no 'evidence' - the clip can still play a major role. If the said events are set in motion; documents are signed; money is exchanged; the said person is approached; the said person tries to implement to 'Ma-Workers' what is discussed in tape ... If the clip is submitted before the onset of events to eg KACC, then quiet investigations can be based on the leads as long as the parties are not alerted.
