•  Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
•  Log all support requests onto the help desk software
•  Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
•  Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members
•  Provide computer orientation to new and existing staff.
• Perform hardware and software installations
