One of my clients has an urgent need for Level 1 & 2 Lenovo,  Apple Support Engineers

1. IT/Computer Science/BBIT or related Background with 2 Years hands on working experience.

2. Level 1 Support for iPhones (from 4s onwards),  Ipads (from 3 onwards) and Laptops/Workstations mainly but not limited to MacPro, PowerMac, iMAC and any other new models.

3. Proper Current Certifications on Apple or Lenovo in regard to User issues, Repair and Maintenance and Vendor Management on Warranty issues.

4.Person: Good attitude, Willingness to Learn, ready to hit the ground running.
