Most decision makers don’t understand how the cloud and security works mostly because as IT professionals we don’t take time to sell it to them before proposing  migration hence the belief that having servers hosted on premise, under lock and key is enough.

I second Tony. cloud services are still viewed as 'insecure'. However, there is a wave of adoption of office 365 and Google apps in most organizations.

 

Maybe in a few years this will be a norm methinks.
