[Skunkworks] Safaricom's New SIM - still no connection between Mpesa and Phone book

Listers, I do not know what the hullabaloo was about just about a month ago when Safaricom announced its new SIM card, I thought one of the reasons for launching it was to connect Mpesa to the phone book so that one is able to pick a name on the phone book and send money without having to write the number on a piece of paper first.
