ZAP would sort you out if you have an account with SCB.

On another note, I've noted my bill has shot from  slightly above 500 shillings (February 2010) to Shs.11, 600 (March 2010) and this is really worrying as I have not added any equipment or gadget that would warrant high cost of electricity. Even the Security light is only switched on occasionally.
Anybody who has noticed such a high power bill?
