Wait a moment! There is this stupid network (I mean it) named YU. Suppose I move with my number, and I experience some problem, who do I call for help? Do I still call YU?? When I lose my SIM card after porting the number, who do I call??


Just to qualify my position about YU, I lost my phone recently (a twin SIM phone) and called them for help. I spoke to two different Customer Care Reps at two different times. Besides asking for and getting proof of my identity (ID Card Number), SIM Card holder number (aka serial or something), they still insisted that I give them 3 numbers that I call "regularly". Now, on this "regularly" thing, I don't use their network that much, but I could give them only TWO numbers I have called using their network! They could find those in their logs, yes, but they insisted I MUST give three numbers. No amount of reasoning would convince them that I am the genuine owner of that line. Now, that is what I call stupid, because from that day, I decided to let go of their network for G!! When CS Reps are made NOT to think out of the box, you have no chance, like I realized.
