[Skunkworks] Tulipe in the deadpool??? Nilipe breaks inot the scene

After the meeting at the Ministry of Infocom yesterday where the ICTbrd, one VC, a Swdish rep, Ericsson reps and a handful of techies, I tried looking up Tulipe but their site seem sot have gone down.
