The only time you will have a guarantee for getting back your phone is if there is some tiny font somewhere in their contract that says &quot;<font size="1">In the event we do not find it we shall buy you a similar device</font>&quot;. Bottom line is that it depends on who stole your phone. If they are wajanja enough, you wont get it back. Thats a guarantee.<br>
