What is the qualifications of this customer care agents coz surely almost all of them cannot handle even the basic stuff of communication processes, and why can't they put you through to a Technical person on request hata kama hashikanish!

CC: I see, and how long has the issue been there?
Me: Since i subscribed to the 1 Week unlimited service.
CC: Alright, are you sure it's a 3G phone?
Me: Yes, i bought it from one of your outlets, it even shows me the 3G sign at the top. It's an Android phone.
CC: Alright. And what seems to be the problem? I don't think we have an issue on our side.
Me: The speeds are slow, is it possible there's a limitation on my sim or on the Data?
CC:  Allow me to check on that.

CC: Thank you for holding sir. The technical department has said that if you open too many pages on your browser, the speeds may get slow, maybe you should close a few.
Me: That's great but i'm not browsing using my phone, i've enabled the data and connected it via the modem so it's not opening any web pages, it's for downloading directly.
CC: Yes, so close some windows.
Me: Miss XXXX i am not browsing, there are no windows open. I'm downloading using an application and the sim card is in my modem.
CC: ok so close some pages and i'll refresh your sim from here, maybe it'll be better. But many pages means it's going to be slow.
Me: May i speak with a technical person?
