What is the qualifications of this customer care agents coz surely almost all of them cannot handle even the basic stuff of communication processes, and why can&#39;t they put you through to a Technical person on request hata kama hashikanish!<div>

Me: Miss XXXX i am not browsing, there are no windows open. I&#39;m downloading using an application and the sim card is in my modem.<br>CC: ok so close some pages and i&#39;ll refresh your sim from here, maybe it&#39;ll be better. But many pages means it&#39;s going to be slow.<br>
