[Skunkworks] KDN butterfly free?

There is an article in our favourite Standard Newspaper on page 25 which quotes KDN CEO Kai Wulff saying that "home and office users can use the company's wi-fi connection (butterfly) for free." how true is this? On to other stories, who manages mirror.ac.ke ?
