I think Safaricom should offer a full upgrade pack that offers a much more than the sim-toolkit applet to read a phonebook. This has been in ZAP from day one!! We cant wait 3 years to get an upgrade that could have been designed and written in a day!!

Sounds like another round of sim card upgrades

I wish they could allow me to test!! I'd swap my SIM asap, after all my SIM card normally contains nothing, bar for a few SMS:)

Small query,
What happens to contacts on phone memory?
Or does the SIM card read the entire phonebook including entries in the phone memory?
Would like to know.
