yes my take is this,you can use low specs for cs4 and website development, but the speed would be slow and NOT effective,so let this pple buy buy a faster and reliable machine i still insist on HP/DELL small factor with atleast 2.4ghz/40gb/512mb/cdrw black crt monitor.let them be a companied by a very honest technician who can not broker them.iam a professonal in this field and i know what im talking about.thanks<br>
