Am not sure what you mean by combination, but the device I bought "Toyota iCarsoft i905" can test toyota's made in US, UK and Asia[Japan] as well as Isuzu and Lexus models from the same markets. It comes with ODB2 cable that will fit on your ODB2 port under the dash board.
