Hello skunks, kindly allow me to vent
Despite one of the longest thread on this list being how terrible KDN support is, I went ahead and set up some hotspot service on their link.
I'm regretting ever doing that...
This month has been a total waste of money and my small business and reputation is ruined.
Ever since the marine Fiber cuts, have been getting less than a quarter of the bandwidth I paid for.
Add to that their crappy migration last week and the connection intermittent connection on the WiMax CPE since Tuesday last week. This is situated less than a kilometer from the Base Station.
The most frustrating part of the all this is their support staff who seem to be under instruction to stall anyone that calls with a query with tickets and endless promises to call you back. I had a very bad weekend trying to get them to sort the link
Wish me luck as I try to negotiate a refund for March despite money not being the only thing that I have lost...

Pole brother,
However, would you put your finger inside a croc's mouth knowing very well it can bite?
