IMO. It is too quick for the African market except if you are a techy of course ;) The same case applies to other Internet giants like Mozilla who have been releasing new versions of Firefox after like every two weeks or so. The the quick change from from Adroind Markeplace to Google Play that now encompasses Google's online offering of apps, music and video. Just yesterday they announced Google Drive, which replaces Google Documents if you opt-in.
For tech consumers it may not be a big issue, but for some corporates that have to support users on Google, it is quite challenging.
