Perhaps you could contact the Police about this? They keep records of all the "reported" cases/incidents.
Just FYI, attempted suicide is a felony and anyone found to have attempted suicide is liable for imprisonment - not counselling:-)
As such, cases of attempts might go unreported - mostly.
