To confirm Imelda's statement, I saw that on a documentary on TV sometime back, where high school students are hired as interns to work in their various branches and have 'first hand' application of the banking sector. Although I'm not sure how that led to a breakdown of services the whole day, well, unless one of the students stepped on a live wire!
