Maybe his labour -charges to the director are not free hence equal too the software plus license haha...
@Jangita, that is good to know. I am doubtful his friend will give him five Windows 7 licenses for free.
My curiosity is what happens when the relevant authorities catch up with his NGO.

How do I put this without sounding mean of the manager/director.
This particular manager is not the brightest chap. I told him its
illegal to pirate software and his response was that if that were the
case several companies would have closed down.
