Hey Bernard, dont get me wrong on POPs. They are going to change the face of comms completely and am glad its in kenya. Its the TATA/AK arrangement. I'd rather TATA chose stronger performers who have atleast a national network. Inter-connections into POPs will create management nightmares on reliability and support. I was very glad when TATA talked about a kenyan pop a few weeks ago, now they made blunder.
To put this into perspective, what does AK offer on a national scale? What can AK offer Uganda/Rwanda as a TATA pop?
