I have a buddy who would wish to receive feedback from her using the sms technology and access these feedback messages from a managed computer system as opposed from the handset itself. e.g the way media houses do. Viewers send a text to xxxx number and it goes to a managed system on a computer.

Question is;

1. How can this technology be implemented or are there any providers offering this service?

2. Can the  feedback messages be sent to a normal mobile number and then routed to a computer system or does the number have to be a four digit number?
