can a really pissed company sue and enjoin everyone in the list? Does what we post on the list pose a risk of any sort. Im just wondering if a comment made agains this or that company could be used in a defamation case or something.
Is it possible to have terms and conditions that explicitly state that we are discussing this in good faith, and better still, could some lawyer skunk advise if it is possible to have, in the terms and conditions something that basically makes us immune to unneccessary litigation?
