@Ok3ch,

The "archiving" I was talking about is the one inside Go-ogle. Once a mail is fetched via POP3, google marks it for archiving and removes it from the Inbox.
Did you make any special setting inside gmail.com before you started using iPhone and iPad?? Are you using pop3 or imap accounts on both?
