I noticed that you could hardly notice that there was a black out in the CBD, most buildings upwards of Moi Avenue were fully lit. The Half a billion coloured LED lights and blinders (traffic lights and "cameras") were off. Mr. Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi really left a strong legacy of back up generators behind.
