The argument about guys loosing their jobs; looking at that from another view, You would rather 20 Kshs. per min for a call in order to keep guys employed at Safaricom? Alternatively, I suggest that we stop integrating Mpesa with ATMS so that we can keep MPesa Agents at their job. Companies should also stop deploying interactive websites and automated solution so that the clerks can remain employed.
