For all the rattling Zain seems to get every now and then, we'd expect something for the better. Sadly that doesn't seem to be happening. Jana I dialed 222 hoping to speak to a customer care rep. "*Sorry, Celtel Customer Care is not available at the moment. Please try again later*" Seriously, will Zain / Celtel ever change for the better?
