Maybe she works in a warehouse, may be some forklift jamaaz have been laid off and she needs some HP package up up there, I think she better learn using a ladder.

Please note that to be promoted to forklifting, you might need to
start from the lowest job, e.g. carrying heavy loads on your
shoulders.
