Dell is so dominant in Kenya I would consider just using Sonicwall:

That should be about $3,500 after tax/duty and everything so it's only $15/user for the 3-5 year lifetime plus the annual license for updated threat signatures, etc...

I'm sure that's much cheaper than Cisco and still very effective if well administered.

You may be lucky to find one that is easy on your pockets, which also allows managing of mobile devices..
