Ahmed, I think the essence of the mailing list is to integrate the community. There is need to have separate communities since they address local issues that might not elicit interest from other counties however people can be encouraged to be on various mailing lists and cross post when there is need to. So I have had this idea in mind to create a cross-pollination between the Nairobi and Mombasa Technology Communities. It is constructive in so many ways, as it allows techies to define a "regional" more than local agenda. I run 2 mailing lists, which are at the moment hyper Mombasa but I am willing to get people to join in. However, I think its also best to get ideas from skunks on this, because it may be equally beneficial for them to also join skunkworks Nairobi forums. Or whatever other ideas we have in mind.
