Of course it's not OS X, James. What did you expect? To have Darwin kernel running on your PC? Just like that?
This must be Linux, covered in a skin to make it look like some OS X reincarnate, or something.

Dream Linux has quite an awesome UI albeit quite unstable [

Debian-based too and geared for Desktop / Multimedia use.
