@Thuo, I'm waiting to see how your case will turn out; especially if there are fees/duties to be paid.

The grey part with door-step deliveries is the settlement of those statutory fees. When and to whom do you pay?

The boda-boda guy upon delivery?
Do you still have to go to the EMS office to settle this, then head back to your station and wait for the package?

That's how I find own-pick-up option more convenient for such cases.
