I am having an issue with a particular account. Its bizarre. It's set up correctly, with the correct POP3 ans SMTP servers settings. Tests are successful. This account can receive mails. When sending emails, they clear out of the outbox and move to the sent items folder, which means they are sent.
BUT, the recipients don't receive them. I have tried setting up on another machine, uninstalling the antivirus, changing from 2007 to 2013, still nothing is happening.
We use network solutions. When you try to send from network solutions webmail, the recipients, receive the mails. What could be wrong? I am completely at a loss.
