Kweli wewe ni wa Zain!! ZAP works like that? LOL You need a PIN to withdraw money from M-Pesa. It's not like you walk there and ask for money:)
You access the M-Pesa menu on the phone, do some magic and a message comes to the agent to give you money. That "magic" requires the PIN.
