u know guys its this way. the certificate is downloaded from an SSL enabled website i.e a https:// For one to download the certificate IE 8 and above is required. Then you are provided with a username and password, when its downloaded and intergrated with IE , then you can login to www.mpesa.co.ke. I have done this before on window xp machine. But the headache is im have a compaq presario cq62 that have given me problems loading xp since it cant see the harddisk ,i have tried dark edition, dark lite, black edition, etc. it just cant.
