The firmware upgrade seems to have worked. Thanks. Now I just need the dial number apn  username and pwd for the modem. Anybody has it. Orange never pick their phones nowadays.

Im assuming its a TPL3420, download the new firmware, upgrade from your computer and retry. It will work.
