Mentorship - that's the word. Perhaps we could look at how seasoned IT professionals could use the blog or other channel to guide the young ones in the industry in such matters as these. I think it'd be a plus to all, not just the industry entrants or if ya'll will allow me, n00bz :-)
That's just a suggestion.
P.S. I don't mean to run away from responsibility, but I don't consider myself a 'seasoned' IT professional yet :-)
