While banks will not be obsolete per se seeing that they provide many more services apart from money tranfer, their money transfer servicies will face stiff competition with Mobile Phone Companies rolling out this services. Worse still with the advancements of these services to include other functionalities e.g payment for goods, services(KPLC has led the way). As soon as this becomes common-place then this Mobile Phone Companies will give the banks a run for their money. There is no guessing who will benefit the most from this, you and me My Thoughts...
