It's a little bit of a hustle to bring people together - bookings n banners aside - and turning the meeting to be successful but it's also rewarding in terms of gaining trust n confidence from members.

5. Stand on a chair or stool if you have to and introduce yourself as Evon, request that all move close to one another and walk around and say hi to everyone individually, identifying the shy from the bold sales types... "variable declaration" :-) 

I request the lady taking up, i.e Joyce Kamau to consider the points above.

Also requesting to be on Feb cause am out of the country till 30th.

It reminds me of Procrastinator's club that have been planning to meet for many years to meet but they haven't done so for so long.
