The "poor man's" VPN connection, as I've discovered today is a secure(secured by OpenSSH encryption) and cost effective way of accessing private networks with IP restrictions.. using USB Internet dongles from all networks - good for workaholics or sysadmins on holiday, itching to keep an eye on postings or run periodic activities on their business systems. www.calais.co.ke
