Just to be clear when you say 50k it's before or after taxing?

My pure recomendation is Ksh 25,000 else the company does not need the IT Support personnel, thats a provision for a grown company. There is no need to employ IT support if you are giving less than that and at some point out-sourcing is cheaper!
