So with all these issues at Airtel KE, yet all the MVNOs are running there, what service quality do we expect? In as much you just run your infrastructure on top of theirs, you definitely need a vibrant host(Airtel) for you seamless/smooth operations as an MVNO..

AFAIK, Airtel is my preferred service provider. I get calls from CS from Airtel, just as from Safcom, once in a while.
