In some instances, foreign CEOs come with change of ownership. It can be an agreement with the investor which is captured in the acquisition contract.

Just look at Virtual City for inspiration and probably you may end up as a local CEO for a local company which you own.
Micheal Macharia from Seven Seas is also a good source of inspiration.
