Tembea na majira. Your eyes are only fixed on the free space on a glass thats more than 7/8 full. Try to see that the 1/8 empty is mostly due to complex investor agreements. That doesnt change unless you change investment agreements themselves.
We have ample talent in Kenya. Read widely and you will realize more Kenyans bring change out there than even here in Kenya. No more comments.

In some instances, foreign CEOs come with change of ownership. It can be an agreement with the investor which is captured in the acquisition contract.
Just look at Virtual City for inspiration and probably you may end up as a local CEO for a local company which you own.
