Go to sarit oppositevthe equity atm or yaya 2nd floor both have nice bike shops run by the same guys for the average enthusiast. Head to karen next to gigi motors, there is a small'ish shopping center that stocks 'trek' bikes. A bit more expensive. Also there is a yahoo group for kenyan 'mtb' mountain bikers, search and join, people sell second hand there.
