There was a system glitch with a new data billing system that we are introducing into the network but I believed all the problems were resolved. I will ask my team to check this specific issue (there may be more) and sort it out.
The new system is called PCRF (don’t ask) and is working well in all other installations but apparently there were two key issues (one of latency between systems and another an previously unknown Linux bug). We have resolved these issues but there maybe some back issues still being dealt with.
